Unfortunately there is no 13 to 4-pin adapter. You will need to do some splicing to get the correct functions wired to a 4-pin for your trailer.
I recommend using the 4-Pole Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # C59496 for your 2008 Land Rover LR2. This kit splices into your vehicle wiring and is powered by running the included Black wire up to your battery.
